If you want to lose weight fast, I recommend choosing whole, non-processed foods. This means choosing:
- Healthy sources of protein (meat or plant-based)
- Healthy sources of fat (olive oil, nuts, and so on)
- Vegetables (broccoli, spinach, and so on)
- Fruit (berries, watermelon, and so on)
When you nourish your body with whole, non-processed foods, your hunger levels go down and you usually eat less calories – which can help you lose weight.

- No caffeine after 2:00pm. I am very sensitive to caffeine, which means I avoid drinking tea or coffee in the afternoon.
- Use a sleep mask and wear ear plugs. I’m a light sleeper, so these two things are amazing at helping me stay asleep during the night.
